When you log in to DBList via Discord OAuth2, we collect your Discord User ID, username, avatar, and email address to maintain your account session and bot management permissions.

2. How We Use Information

Your data is strictly used to authenticate your session, display your profile on submitted bots or reviews, enforce voting cooldowns, and deliver webhook notifications to bot developers.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and local storage to save your visual theme preferences (Dark, Light, Rose Blossom, Neon Purple).

4. Third-Party Sharing

DBList does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared with Discord API only as required for authentication.

5. Data Retention & Removal

You may request deletion of your account or listed bot data at any time by contacting our support team or opening a ticket on our official Discord server.
