1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DBList (discordbotlist), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Bot Submissions, Promotion & Content Guidelines

Developers who submit bots to DBList must ensure that their bots adhere to Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Guidelines. Bots containing malicious code, phishing links, illegal content, or violating user privacy will be permanently banned.

Third-Party Directory Promotion Prohibition: Users and developers are strictly prohibited from promoting, advertising, linking, or redirecting to competing bot directories or bot lists within their bot descriptions, commands, keywords, custom banners, or user profiles. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will result in an immediate permanent ban from the DBList website and Discord community, and all associated bot listings will be permanently deleted.

3. Voting & User Conduct

Users may vote for listed bots once per 12-hour cycle. Automated voting bots, vote manipulation networks, or exploiting system bugs to artificially inflate vote counts is strictly prohibited and will result in bot suspension.

4. Limitation of Liability

DBList provides bot listings for informational and discovery purposes. We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or actions of third-party Discord bots listed on our platform.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
